I have hired Steve to entertain at our senior facilities many times in the past couple of years. The residents love him and always want to know when he is coming back. He knows how to get the crowd involved and keeps them entertained for the time he is here.

Hey Steve!  I don’t know if you would remember me (!), my name is Kaia Sailor.  I am Ryans’ mom from the Colebank/Sailor wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch last year!  First of all, I have been meaning to write for a long time…to tell you that your band made my son’s wedding day much more special than any of us had ever dreamed.  What a fabulous night it was…everyone still talks about it as “the best wedding I’ve ever been to.”  While the ceremony was beautiful, the day wouldn’t have been the same if you guys hadn’t been there.  And the patience you had with all of us (eeek!), wow!  Please let me know if I can ever be a reference for you!!  Now…my question.  Are you guys going to be in Blackhawk the weekend of the 8th and 9th of October, playing at a hotel on the 8th?  I hope so…a bunch of us, hopefully including the Colebanks, are coming up to see you!  We’ll try to control ourselves this time!

Hi Steve,

I just wanted to drop a note with an extra “thank you!” People are still talking about our event last month. Your entertaining talent is apparently inherent and had been a really good fit our event. I consider this ‘extended talk’ a sign of a very successful event.

Our goal with this event was to introduce other wineries to our winery’s style and atmosphere, which is distinctly different than our winery neighbors and most people (in particularly the industry folks attending) find our approach refreshing. When my husband and I look back on our wedding, we count among our very best decisions the decision to hire Steve and his band, second only to choosing each other. From the very first moment you meet him, Steve Manshel himself is wonderful – instantly warm, welcoming, and delightful to be around. His voice is rich and inviting, and his band was just as wonderful. Our dance floor was literally full from the first dance to the close of the evening, inclusive from young to old. Steve Manshel is an amazing artist who loves what he does and it shows in his work. Steve and his band played at our wedding reception and our expectations were exceeded 10 fold (and I had high expectations!) The band had an energy that kept everyone on the dance floor all night, even my 80 year old grandmother! We’ve had so many wedding guests tell us what a wonderful time they had at our wedding and how much they enjoyed the band! Many have told us it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to and even though I’d like to take the credit for that, much of it goes to Steve! Steve was fantastic to work with, my husband and I choose a very non-traditional song for our first dance. Steve didn’t know the song, but was more than willing to learn it. We heard Steve’s version for the first time at our wedding and we LOVED it! STEVE MANSHEL BAND WOWS THE CROWD AT THE BOO BALL

We selected Steve Manshel and his band to play at our inaugural Halloween Eve fundraiser this year. Not only are they a talented dance band, but they put on an amazing show that no one is likely to forget. Their costumes were hilarious!

Steve’s energy and enthusiasm had everyone dancing from the first song to the last. His ability to “read” his audience and form a connection with our guests, as well as the band’s wide range of music, made it easy to get people on their feet. Their professionalism and gracious attitude certainly made my job as event planner a lot easier. They even accommodated a major donor who wanted to sing with the band on stage!

I have received rave reviews from our guests about the music. Even more impressive have been their comments about the band’s dedication to our cause and to a successful event. I have been responsible for putting on many special events over the years, and I can truly say that the Steve Manshel Band is the best I’ve ever seen.

We are already planning next year’s event and our first priority is to re-sign the Steve Manshel Band. They are much more than a great band to watch and dance to, but straight-up entertaining fun.

I want to tell you about an entertainer. His name is Steve Manshel and is from the group Firefall. You might remember the songs “You are the woman I have always dreamed of” and “Just remember I love you…”. When he sings those songs… You feel like you are back in the day. He came to play Quincy Place and he was awesome! The residents sang along and had such a great time! He has the best voice and sings a variety of songs.. more than you can dream of. The most amazing thing is that our residents ended up getting up and DANCING!!!! I am telling you he is so charismatic and funny! You will LOVE him …more importantly… the residents will!!! We had a 71st anniversary that day and he sang the couple a love song…. they were both so tickled… everyone got goosebumps! It truly was one of those magical moments!

I ended up booking him 2 more times this year.
